I like to keep these ingredients on hand so I can make a quick, easy, healthy meal any time. As far as frozen vegetables go, my favorite are the Target brand. They are inexpensive and good quality. Tofu that comes in water fries much better than the tofu that comes in a box. The benefit to the tofu in a box is that it lasts months where as the tofu that comes in water must be used within a few days. If you don't use all the tofu in water, drain the water and replace it with fresh. That will lengthen the time it will stay fresh.
